the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere made my stay even better, and I loved how close I was to attractions like the Markt, just a few steps away, and the tranquil canal walks nearby that offered a peaceful escape in the midst of the city buzz.

Charming Bruges getaway ✨
The location was perfect, just a lekker stroll to all the big attractions. The hosts were so warm and kind, even gave me a map and pointers for exploring! The room? Flippen comfy. I slept like a baby in that kingsize bed, and it was really quiet too.

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel Biskajer. Our room was very spacious and comfortable and even had a chandelier in the bedroom. Breakfast was generous and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was excellent- which made exploring the city of Bruges an easy walk.

Fantastic location in a secure area really close to the main center of Bruge as well as the many restaurants. Pleasant staff members, cheap rooms with a bath, comfortable bed, a good breakfast.

The staff and location was excellent, they were very polite and informative when asked about places of interest and directions.
It is very misleading to rate this hotel as 4 Star. It most certainly is not, the room we were allocated is described as Grand Twin Room, number 304. On opening the door we could not fully enter because the door was wedged against the wardrobe door,[ the only one] that the maid had left open. The room appeared very dark and uninviting due to the decor, the wallpaper had lifted in various sections of the room and the view was very poor. The beds were adequate and the pillows appalling [very lumpy] overall the room was very, very small. The bathroom was a disgrace very old ragged towels and loose toilet seat. We have never experienced trying to shower by holding it in one hand whilst standing in the bath holding your shampoo in the othe hand! I have travelled extensively over the years in business and pleasure and can assure you this is the worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in. I would rate this hotel 2/3 star bearing in mind the price we paid 230 euros for 2 nights I have stayed in better 3 star hotels in Paris for less. You may ask why not complain? If we were staying longer we would have,it was a quiet location and the staff were excellent so we prevailed. Bruges hotels are obviously overvalued in category and seriously need to be reassessed. On our booking conformation the room description says spacious! I suggest you take this up with the management, for future travellers sake it is very misleading.

missingWrote a review on 16 Julcozy loungeplentiful coffeeinconsistent air
The Budget Double Room features thick pillows that provide ample comfort for a restful night, though you might want to bring a flatter option if that's your preference. The hotel boasts a cozy lounge area with a vending machine for quick snacks, along with a plentiful supply of tea and coffee available to enjoy in their rooms.
Parking nearby can be quite a hassle, with the nearest underground garage being a bit of a maze to locate. Multiple guests reported issues with inconsistent air conditioning, occasionally leaving rooms uncomfortably warm . Some found the shower temperature to fluctuate wildly. Even in a short stay, that could become quite an annoyance.

The hotel is located in the very city centre whilst at the same time on a quiet little square. The room we had was very nice and comfy, the breakfast was good and set in a lovely breakfast room. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and may stay at this hotel again.
